Descripci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Vamos a jugar a un juego, un juego de rol para aprender a gestionar actitudes que dificultan la aplicaci\u00f3n de la sociocracia. Nos pondremos por grupos de unas cinco personas y cada grupo simular\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n de gobernanza. Cada persona dentro del grupo tendr\u00e1 asignado un rol a jugar con una consigna sobre c\u00f3mo llevar a cabo su rol. En cada grupo habr\u00e1 un “socio loco”, un rol cuyo objetivo es dinamitar la reuni\u00f3n y para ello utilizar\u00e1 una estrategia concreta. El socio loco tendr\u00e1 \u00e9xito si el grupo no llega al objetivo de su reuni\u00f3n sin ser descubierto. El grupo deber\u00e1 conseguir el objetivo de la reuni\u00f3n y detectar qui\u00e9n es el socio loco y qu\u00e9 estrategia est\u00e1 utilizando. Al final de la actividad compartiremos los aprendizajes de los diferentes grupos, las diferentes estrategias que dificultan la aplicaci\u00f3n de la sociocracia y c\u00f3mo podemos hacerles frente de manera exitosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adri\u00e1n es doctor en Inteligencia Artificial, curs\u00f3 el programa para directivos de IESE (Top5 del mundo), ponente habitual en conferencias internacionales, facilitador experimentado en Open Space Technology, Certified Scrum Trainer de la Scrum Alliance y profesor de Master en La Salle y ESADE (Top30 del mundo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
