Aprende como dise\u00f1ar una estructura organizativa descentralizada para lograr claridad e intencionalidad sobre c\u00f3mo distribuir el poder y la responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una formaci\u00f3n de 3 sesiones de introducci\u00f3n a las estructuras circulares en sociocracia. Cubre conceptos b\u00e1sicos con muchos ejemplos. Todas las sesiones son participativas con tiempo para preguntas y respuestas y los participantes dise\u00f1aran sus estructuras de c\u00edrculos. Las clases estar\u00e1n impartidas por Zujeil Flores, coordinadora de la Academia de sociocracia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 1:<\/strong> Estructura de c\u00edrculos b\u00e1sica I (Visi\u00f3n-Misi\u00f3n-Objetivos, c\u00edrculos, enlaces, c\u00edrculos generales).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 2:<\/strong> Estructura de c\u00edrculos b\u00e1sica II (roles, C\u00edrculo de Misi\u00f3n, c\u00edrculo de partes interesadas).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 3:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Muestra y explicaci\u00f3n de Estructuras circulares. Un tour guiado a trav\u00e9s de estructuras circulares reales.<\/p>\n<p>Todas las sesiones ser\u00e1n en zoom (plataforma virtual).
