One is simply for one person to write a proposal. That’s efficient and quick. Yet\, it loses perspectives and might actually be slower in the long run if we look at missed opportunities and connections\, length of time to work out kinks of a proposal\, and potentially a loss of buy-in over time. \n\n\n\nWhen co-creating a proposal\, doing it well is of the essence. Brainstorming and strategizing as a group can be all over the place\, and it’s often prone to mission drift – we start solving an issue\, and all of a sudden\, our solution is to something else or only covers half.  \n\n\n\nThat’s why it’s useful to learn how to write a proposal together quickly\, and without losing track of the issue we’re trying to solve!
