Bio: I have a strong background in the software industry, and in the last five years, I’ve been studying and applying Theory-U, Transforming Leadership, Facilitation, Sociocracy, and Enterprise Design. Currently, I’m an executive advisor and also the CED (Chief Enterprise Design) at 1STi, a deep tech company in Brazil. I love acquiring and sharing knowledge.
