Renee Owen

I am a sociocracy consultant, working with schools, businesses, and non-profits. I am an Assistant Professor of Education Leadership and Organizational Development at Southern Oregon University. I also sit on the Leadership Circle for the International Transformative Learning Association, a sociocratic organization.

I first learned about sociocracy in 2009, when I was Executive Director at Rainbow Community School, and I have been working with John Buck ever since. I view sociocracy as a great liberator and decolonizing force.
