This webinar is a 60min session where we will have 3 people ready to answer your questions. We will be in 3 rooms on 3 topic areas:

    Room 1

    Individual learning – How can I learn more? How can I become a better facilitator or practitioner of sociocracy?

    This makes the most sense if you already have some exposure to sociocracy (not complete beginners).

    Room 2

    Group learning – How can my team get trained? What are easy ways to get my team on board?

    This makes sense if you have a group that is wanting to learn with you.

    With Zujeil Flores

    Room 3

    Organizational implementation – How can I prepare an implementation in my organization? Who should I talk to? How should I go about it? 

    This makes sense if you know about sociocracy and you’re in an organization that isn’t sociocratic but could be. 

    With Jerry Koch-Gonzalez

    You will be able to submit your questions so come prepared! You will be able to switch between groups but it might be best to decide which group to attend. All breakouts will be recorded and you will receive a summary after the webinar.
