Are you tired of power games in your organizations? Do you have hope that collaboration in organizations could bring out the best in people?

Do you think organizations could be places of synergy, collaboration, growth, and deep and authentic connection?

This webinar is giving an overview of sociocracy. We will talk about:

  • better listening
  • consent decision making and circle structure
  • examples from real life!

Presenter

This introduction will be taught by Kale Arnof.

“My name is Kale, like the veggie. I am a nonbinary person living communally in Somerville, MA, USA. By day, I help folks transition out of homelessness by navigating Massachusetts and Federal programs, and by night I organize with my union and the Greater Boston Chamber of Co-ops, practice NVC, dance, and learn Spanish. I am a certified Facilitator in Sociocracy and a professional partner of SoFA, and am currently in the Academy program to grow my skills as a consultant and trainer of Sociocracy. My wish is for us all to be seen, appreciated, and able to contribute to one another and the planet in life-serving ways. I have found that Sociocracy is one of the most effective tools for transforming groups of people and creating the conditions for reaching our goals, and I look forward to sharing this tool with you!

Format

This event will include a short welcome/check-in, followed by an introductory presentation and some time for questions from participants.
