January 24 @ 12:00 – 15:00 EST
Get unstuck and find your groove—together.
Join this interactive training to learn how sociocracy can help your team or organization move from friction to flow. Sociocracy is a self-management framework that offers practical, human-centered techniques for the real headaches teams face. This training will introduce these techniques and show how they support one another so groups can flow together.

Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of sociocracy in action, concrete practices they can apply immediately, and new ways to notice where flow is emerging—or getting blocked—in their teams and organizations.
All are welcome—newcomers to sociocracy, teams preparing for implementation, and seasoned organizations looking to rediscover their rhythm.

Michael James helps teams and organizations get unstuck and develop life-sustaining ways of working together. He brings sociocracy into diverse contexts to build trust, clarity, and flow. Michael is a Certified Sociocracy Facilitator and organizes the SoFA community, Peer Support Across Practices. He is always exploring new ways to inspire joy, love, and meaning in groups.
