Sometimes the hardest thing is to say what we are noticing and to ask for what we want! Only if we ask, however, are we taking responsibility for our own well-being.

Showing up as human beings also means to show up with our weak spots. If we are not vulnerable, we cannot be authentic. If we are not authentic, we cannot connect deeply!

Many situations can be resolved easily when we listen well and when the other person has a sense that they are listened to. If you notice that listening is an issue, what can you do?

Only a policy that’s alive is useful. If it goes stale or it’s simply out of date and un-usable, its original usefulness is lost. Policy requires review and reviewing policy provides accountability. Let’s practice to make it easier!
