Community of Practice: Youth and Education

Come join the Schools and Education Community of Practice!
What is a community of practice?
- It’s a regular group with defined members – so we can build trusted relationships with each other.
- It’s open to people who are sociocracy practitioners with youth and in education.
Each meeting we will discuss burning questions, and then a topic of the month.

What happens at a meeting?
- Check-in
- Building the agenda: gathering topics from the group in a round
- Talking about the topics (in rounds)
- Check-out
Who can join?
This Community of Practice is open to school sociocracy practitioners. You do not need to be a member of Sociocracy for All to attend this meeting.
How much does it cost?
- Supporting members, working members, organizational learners, and Academy students can attend at no cost.
- Non-members can attend for $5/mo or save $10 for the year and become a supporting member and receive other membership perks.
- Non-members will have the option to attend one session for free before deciding.

Facilitation
This Community of Practice is facilitated by Hope Wilder, author of “Lets Decide Together” and SoFA’s Youth and Education Program Manager.

Meeting time
This group meets every first Monday on Zoom at 14 UTC for 90 minutes.
