About this workshop
This in-person workshop will be an experiential introduction to the 3 pillars of sociocracy (a.k.a dynamic governance)
- Decision making by consent,
- Ongoing feedback,
- A structure of linked circles
This workshop is for you, if you:
- like working with people but can’t stand meetings
- wonder how to include all voices without becoming stuck
- want to spend less time meeting and more getting things done – and having fun
- want to work more efficiently without losing the human connection
- want to distribute power and responsibility
About the trainer
Uli Nagel is a certified facilitator and working member of Sociocracy for All. She has been studying governance, dialogue and facilitation since 2014. Professionally, she works as director of the Excellence in Teaching Award, and the ener-G-save and Cooler Communities program at the Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation. She is also a volunteer with Citizens Climate Lobby and Living the Change Berkshires.
