This webinar is giving an overview of sociocracy. We will talk about:
- better listening
- consent decision making and circle structure
- examples from real life!
Teacher
This introduction will be taught by Uli Nagel. Uli is a certified facilitator and working member of Sociocracy for All. She has been studying governance, dialogue and facilitation since 2014. Professionally, she works as director of the Excellence in Teaching Award, and the ener-G-save and Cooler Communities program at the Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation. She is also a volunteer with Citizens Climate Lobby and Living the Change Berkshires
Format
This event will include a short welcome/check-in, followed by an introductory presentation and some time for questions from participants.
