How do leadership and accountability work in a peer-based organization? Can everyone be a leader? This free class will support you in re-thinking and improving your governance and your collaborative relationships – especially if you’d like to unlock sociocracy’s potential to be more productive and effective – operational roles will be one of our big topics.
We will also highlight how we can identify what is holding us back and how to resolve those tensions. Topics
Also, we will do one group exercise where we identify an organizational tension and formulate a proposal. |
