In this Lunch & Learn, we will look at ideas for how to best present sociocracy to your team, how to understand reasons for resistance, and how to address concerns. This session is focused for groups considering implementation or at early states of implementation, as well as for students of sociocracy, advocates and educators – those seeking to support other organizations and community groups with successful implementation. 
The NGO Sector Circle Facilitator, Anne Sheridan, will present this next webinar conversation.
More about our Presenter: Anne is a certified sociocracy facilitator and a member of SoFA’s NGO & Nonprofit Circle. Most of her work focuses on cultivating tools and practices for participatory decision-making and conflict transformation in a care-based economy.
