Topic

This class will open your eyes in many ways on how to get things done as peers – without power-over and coercion.
We will have a closer look at operations – how can we be more productive with workflows and roles? For the operational roles from the free class, will briefly review what operational roles are and then write a role together to practice.But there isn’t only work, there are also people. That is why we will take a deep dive into constructive feedback and good formats for giving feedback, like circle feedback and full performance reviews.The final point will be a reflection – how can we increase accountability if we’re all equals? In a horizontal setting, who is someone accountable to? And what does that mean for leadership?
