Trainer

Zujeil Flores is a sociocracy trainer and coach with extensive experience teaching sociocracy to nonprofits, universities, ecovillagers, and for-profit organizations. She has also consulted for nonprofits, co-ops, home educator groups, and other community-based organizations. Zujeil serves as the administrator of training for Sociocracy for All (SoFA) English and the former Sociocracy Academy in Spanish.
She has been actively involved in Sociocracy for All since 2018. Zujeil holds a Master’s in Public Health. Her study of the social determinants of health led her to an interest in cooperation, collaboration, and support systems which then led her to the study of self-governance. Zujeil was born in Mexico and resides in Philadelphia, PA, USA. She is mom to two very active homeschooled boys.
This 12-hour class consists of 4 sessions on August 8, 9, 15, and 16 of 3 hours each.
