Sociocracy playground!

Come to practice sociocracy in fun scenarios!

We will select two scenarios from the following topics:

• integrating objections,
• fancy ways to use the selection process
• co-creating proposals

After a super quick introduction/refresher, small groups in zoom breakout groups will take turns facilitating and experience sociocracy for real!

Schedule:

• 10 min of check-ins and introductions
• 15 min of demonstration
• 50 min of play (2 scenarios of 25 minutes)
• 15 min debrief
