3×2 hours on Tuesdays starting Sept 15. An introduction class to compassionate communication (Nonviolent Communication, NVC). It covers basic concepts with many examples and practice. The classes will be taught by Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, co-founder and staff member of Sociocracy For All, a certified NVC trainer.
10 Wednesdays starting Sep 16 2020. Our immersion program for those who have learned about sociocracy and are ready to try it out themselves. For 10 weeks, you will work in a team of 5 and self-organize around a small, sociocracy-related project. A trainer is supporting every meeting. That way you learn 3 times: by doing and observing, by receiving feedback and by learning within the project.
