This engaging online class introduces all parts of sociocracy: organizational structure with circles, roles and linking, consent-based decision-making, continuous improvement over time. Sept 10+11, 2×3 hours.

10 Wednesdays starting Sep 16 2020. Our immersion program for those who have learned about sociocracy and are ready to try it out themselves. For 10 weeks, you will work in a team of 5 and self-organize around a small, sociocracy-related project. A trainer is supporting every meeting. That way you learn 3 times: by doing and observing, by receiving feedback and by learning within the project.

Oct 22 In this session, we will practice how to integrate objections in small groups in zoom breakout groups. People will take turns facilitating. How can we make sure everyone is heard? What are ways to solve the problem?
