Sociocracy Leadership Training (10 sessions)
SoFA Zoom (Multi-Room)10 Wednesdays starting Sep 16 2020. Our immersion program for those who have learned about sociocracy and are ready to try it out themselves. For 10 weeks, you will work in a team of 5 and self-organize around a small, sociocracy-related project. A trainer is supporting every meeting. That way you learn 3 times: by doing and observing, by receiving feedback and by learning within the project.
