Ideally, sociocracy prevents conflict – but what if that didn’t work? Let’s look at how sociocracy and conflict resolution can integrate for more connected, harmonious and authentic organizations.
Our immersion program for those who have learned about sociocracy and are ready to try it out themselves. Time: 17:30 UTC (2 hours each), Ten Tuesdays starting March 10.
