Sociocracy for All Communities of Practice are peer support circles that offer members an opportunity to network and share resources, wisdom, and challenges with other sociocratic organization members within their spheres of interest. 

SoFA currently hosts the following Communities of Practice:

• Advocates of Sociocracy Community of Practice for Intentional Communities
• Community of Practice for Leaders of Sociocratic Circles
• Community of Practice for Facilitators of Sociocratic Circles
• @Work Community of Practice

In order to ensure access to benefits and receive communications being sent from Sociocracy for All to your organization, individual members will need to submit the individual contact form. This will let us know which organization you are a part of, and help to expedite any support issues connected to discounts, locating coupons, and tracking training.

In Sociocracy For All, we’re aware that skills are the key to making sociocracy work. Knowing about sociocracy is one thing but being able to make real-life improvements to our decision-making, team structure and meetings is key to positive change. Sociocracy For All offers training for all levels. Most of our training offerings are online and we have created enjoyable online training options for sociocracy.

Organizational Member organizations receive 25% off Empowered Learning Circle online courses which allow for groups within your organization to study and practice together. There is an option to opt -in for live coaching as a part of your Empowered Learning Circle course.

 In addition to the discount on Empowered Learning Circles, all members of member organizations receive 25% off live classes per seat (beginner classes, facilitation class, and Nonviolent Communication classes) and can get an additional 30% off by signing up with 3 or more people to receive a total discount of 47.5% off regular price per person.

Delegates from your organization will be able to participate in Organizational Members Forums where they will have access to receive advice from consultants with experience in sociocratic communities.

In order to participate in the Organizational Member forums, members should request to join the “SoFA Organizational Member” group here: https://forums.sociocracyforall.org/g/SoFA-Org-Member. They must have an account on www.sociocracyforall.org, and confirm their email on the forums in order to be added to the group. They will be asked to sign in or register and confirm their email if this is not already completed.

How-to-access Members Forum

1. Go to: Sociocracyforall to log in to your Sociocracy for All account.
2. If you don’t have an account, go to https://staging.sociocracyforall.org/my-account and create an account.

Once you are logged in, go to: https://forums.sociocracyforall.org and join or start a conversation!

When your organization signed up for organizational membership, the primary contact person received an email with a set of coupon codes that are unique to your organization. The primary contact is responsible for circulating those coupon codes to the members of the organization so each member is able to use them on purchases. If you have any questions or issues with your coupon codes or knowing where to locate them, please contact your Organizational Membership Administrator at omcop@sociocracyforall.org.

With organizational membership, all members of your organization have access to members-only events happening at Sociocracy for All like Communities of Practice, special presentations and webinars, and coworking sessions. Click here to check out upcoming events for members.
