SoFA Network Membership

Why join the Sociocracy For All Network?

To become part of an international community of people who are working to share sociocracy widely.

We work together, we support each other, and we share resources. Circles decide together and make things happen. We organize activities such as karaoke, and every once in a while, we just hang out in a video call to spend time together and to get to know each other more.

Not sure about your sociocracy level?

When you join SoFA, you join as a volunteer in a working organization. While we hope your participation will contribute to your learning, you are not joining a training program. We expect members to understand sociocracy well enough to function effectively in a sociocratic organization.  We determine in your interview whether your experience is sufficient to qualify you for membership, and if we decide that it is not, we help you identify what you can do to get the necessary experience. Folks who have the following experience are considered fully qualified to join SoFA:

If you have other relevant experience, let’s talk!
