What does it feel like to be in a self-managing NGO right now?
We look forward to hearing from you and meeting new nonprofit staff, board and volunteer members seeking to bring more clarity and equitable decision making into their organizations in 2026.
Whether you have expereince implementing Sociocracy or other power-sharing decision making and governance models for not, we invite you to join in the conversation and share from your current expereince or hopes in what you seek to co-create at your nonprofit.

We encourage donations to support content creation and sharing of consent based governance to our sector peers, as well as to support Sociocracy for All as a whole.
