Description
Trained facilitators will provide an overview of the Prosocial Core Design Principles and toolkit that enable communities to better understand and measure aspects of group functioning that strengthen cooperation and trust. The presentation will include interactive dialogue and opportunities to consider how your community might integrate this accessible and effective systemic methodology.
Bio

Kathleen has pursued a life-long interest in human potential by completing academic degrees and specialization certifications in individual, family and group psychology and volunteering for various social change movements. Now retired from a career in mental health treatment, she lives in a cohousing community in Portland, Oregon, enjoys time with friends, cooking and listening to live music when she is not reading or exploring the outdoors. She has completed facilitation training with the Prosocial Institute and led a 6-week online Learning Journey on the application of the Prosocial Core Design Principles and toolkit for intentional communities with Keala Young and Pip Atkins in the spring of 2022.
