Bio
Christian Wandeler is an Associate Professor at California State University, Fresno and the founder of the Semco Style Institute USA. He earned a Ph.D. in personality and positive psychology at the University of Zurich and was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University. His research in organizational psychology led him to work with institutions to co-create the future of work, with a specialization in self-managing organizations. He was an external consultant for the Morning Star Self-Management Institute, and in 2020 he became a partner of Ricardo Semler and founded the Semco Style Institute USA.
