Sociocracy and Co-operatives: Critical Reflections
Watch the recording:
Description
This session will explore a series of reflections drawn from several years practicing sociocracy as a member of large and small worker co-ops, providing governance support to other co-ops, and more recently critically engaging with sociocracy through academic study. Please come along if you’re interested in co-ops and sociocracy – what works well, what doesn’t quite fit, and some surprising and challenging insights from Gerard Endenburg’s writings.
