Every last Thursday of the month at 8am PT / 11 EST
Sociocracy in Practice
A community of practice (CoP) to support organizations experimenting with and implementing sociocracy.
Come share, learn, and explore ideas for:
- next steps in your implementation of sociocracy
- managing objections
- giving and receiving feedback
- support for leaders and circle roles
- celebrate wins
Or bring any real governance challenge your organization is currently facing. Together, we’ll learn from one another’s experiences and explore practical next steps
What is the format?
At the beginning of each session the CoP facilitator will ask participants to list the topics they wish to talk about. We will then divide our time to cover as many topics as time allows.
This community of practice is composed of sociocracy burning souls and practitioners from sociocratic organizations – from those just exploring how to transition into sociocracy, to those who have been using sociocracy for years – and of professional sociocracy facilitators, trainers, or consultants, so you get both hands on experience stories and professional advice!
How do I join a session?
This community of practice is a drop-in group. You are welcome to attend:
- At no cost if your organization has an Organizational Learner (OL) subscription.
- If your organization is exploring adopting sociocracy, you’re welcome to be an observer. You can try 1 session as an observer at no cost. Then if you want to keep attending, you’ll need to pay per session ($10) or become an Organizational Learner.
How often does this CoP meet?
We meet monthly on the last Thursday of the month at:
- 8am Pacific Time
- 11am Easter Time
