Clarity and alignment are the yin and yang of next steps and entire strategies. Clarity is soft and needs deep listening and space to arise. Alignment is strong, directive, and energising. Once we can create the right conditions for both, we can build organisations, communities, cultures, and teams that are autonomous, creative, intuitive, flexible, and very effective.

I bring my experience in process facilitation and project strategy, ‘from-the-inside-out’ brand and communications design, partnership and alliance building, and organisational systems thinking to everything I do.

I’m often volunteering my time with projects exploring commons, eco-system regeneration, humanity’s next ‘operating system’, community building, embodiment, impactful relating, and self- and shared-enquiry.

Currently following breadcrumbs on the potential of Web3 (esp. DeFi & DAOs) to change our global systems for the better and to bring decision-making, ownership, shared governance, and wealth to families and communities normally disadvantaged or harmed by our current systems.
