Christian Rüther

I am a certified NVC-Trainer since 2005 and Sociocrat since 2008, certified as a consultant since 2018. My origin is Dortmund Germany, my genes say that I am 50% Scandinavian, 30% Westeuropean, 18% Balkan, East Europa and 2% from the Orient (I got this results some days ago and like to digest it). I´ve written two books about sociocracy, the first is a thesis from 2000 and the second a summary of sociocracy, holacracy and laloux. I ´ve also done some youtubes about sociocracy in german. I am a sociocrat at heart and like to bring equivalence into the workplace and contribute to the great turning. For some years I got some experience about implementation especially on the edge of sociocracy and mixing it with other approaches concerning self-organisation. I hope to get a “normal” full implementation one time to make this experience also… My spare time activities are Christian mystics, book-shopping, reading, watching sequences, watching soccer (BVB-Borussia Dortmund), relaxing and enjoying good talks and deep connections.
