I am passionate about Non-Violent Communication, which has been part of my life for about 10 years. Recently I resigned from a consulting company which is implementing development cooperation projects, mostly in Asia and Africa, in order to focus on my desired work (play), which is facilitating NVC trainings and practice groups (I have enjoyed this in Cambodia since October), as well as providing behavior change communication/health promotion consulting services and – in future – trainings on sociocracy. For the last 6 years I have worked in Asia, first in Nepal, now in Cambodia. Sociocracy is fascinating for me, it seems to be the missing link when it comes to living and working in a constructive, appreciative and creative spirit and getting stuff done. NVC and sociocracy seem the perfect combination to create work environments which are motivating and allow employees to develop their full potential.
