Paulina Koperska

I am an accomplished professional with a versatile skill set in servant leadership, coaching, team building, training, processes improvement, and customer experience management. My passion and the recipe for success at the same time is to create space for people to develop themselves and bring out their highest potential. I have diverse experience working in multinational as well as Polish companies, ranging from the FMCG sector in the area of finance and general management as well as consultant, individual and team coach, trainer for individuals and enterprises operating in multiple sectors. At this moment  I can define myself as a quite rebel loving being a catalyst of social changes supporting humans showing the best of them and having an impact on the systems there are in. I’m acting in organizations and in education with Design for Change worldwide movement. I like ‘’read’’ the stories of ‘’ordinary’’ people like books, speaking French and Italian, being in nature, visit botanical gardens, discover new perspectives.
