Riinu Lepa

I have worked in Gaia Education as an educator for 12 years. The main areas have been sustainable economics, social entrepreneurship, social innovation and community management. Desides that I am teaching social entrepreneurship in Estonian universities to Bachelor students and economy and entrepreneurship in highschools. Previously i have been a social entrepreneur and a community school coordinator.
Since 2020 i have promoted collective governance methods in Estonia. I have been delivering workshops, organising introductory events and creating content in Estonian. I am coordinating a team of collective governance interested professionals in Gaia Academy to spread the word and practice in Estonia.
