Sara Tremi Proietti

Sono Sara, sono italiana e vivo a Roma. Lavoro nella pubblica amministrazione italiana dal 2011 perché voglio mettere il mio lavoro a servizio della collettività e voglio contribuire alla creazione di una amministrazione che vada davvero in questa direzione. In questi anni ho cambiato più volte ambito di lavoro, ufficio, città e le esperienze che ho fatto mi hanno spinta nel 2020 a studiare i temi della facilitazione e della complessità. Cerco di applicare alla mia vita privata e lavorativa gli approcci, i metodi e le tecniche appresi e sto cercando di approfondire gli aspetti che mi sono sembrati più interessanti, come la Sociocrazia.
Credo che le relazioni siano la chiave del cambiamento e vorrei esserne parte anche io offrendo alle persone strumenti e metodi per stare insieme e prendere decisioni veramente collettive.
Mi piace la natura, viaggiare, fare sport e leggere. Mi piacciono le lingue. La mia più grande passione è l’arrampicata sportiva.

I am Sara, I’m Italian and I live in Rome. I have been working in the Italian public administration since 2011 because I want to put my work at the service of the community and I want to contribute to the creation of an administration that really goes in this direction. In recent years I have changed my work environment, office, city several times and the experiences I have made have pushed me in 2020 to study the issues of facilitation and complexity. I try to apply the approaches, methods and techniques learned to my private and working life and I am trying to deepen the aspects that seemed most interesting to me, such as Sociocracy. That’s why I took an introductory course to it and I am very much looking forward to practice and contribute to spread it and promote it.
I believe that relationships are a key element to change and I would like to be a part of it by offering people instruments and methods to be together and making truly collective decisions.
I like nature, travelling, sports and languages. My greatest passion is sport climbing.
