Violeta Winograd

Nací en Buenos Aires en 1980. Me formé como profesora en Amsterdam entre el 2003 y 2006. Comoci la Comunicación Noviolenta, en el 2008 con Jacob Sluijter. Desde entonces vengo viajando, explorando y entrecruzando estos mundos.
En este momento dirijo la escuela de formación de profesores de Técnica Alexander en Buenos Aires, doy clases individuales de T.A y facilito talleres introductorios y grupos de práctica de CNV. Co creé el Centro de Técnica Alexander de Buenos Aires y el evento anual residencial «Fuera de lo conocido», e impulsé desde el 2010 la asociación civil y espacio cultural Oihoy Casa Abierta, desde donde sigo construyendo colectivamente una plataforma de acciones colaborativas, e imaginando y experimentando cómo trabajar de una manera horizontal y autogestiva que fomente el desarrollo grupal e individual.
Estoy motivada por los sistemas organizativos agiles y autogestivos: Las organizaciones TEAL, La Sociocracia, La Holacracia . Busco integrar la autogestón a la Técnica Alexander y a la Comunicación no Violenta de una manera que aun no llego a entender, pero que ya puedo empezar a percibir. Me impulsa un anhelo inmenso de participación y colaboración con una sociedad mas justa y en armonía con el medioambiente.

I was born in Buenos Aires in 1980. I trained as a teacher in Amsterdam between 2003 and 2006. I studied Nonviolent Communication in 2008 with Jacob Sluijter. Since then I have been exploring and crossing these worlds.
At the moment I run the Alexander Technique teacher training course in Buenos Aires, I give individual T.A classes and facilitate introductory workshops and NVC practice groups. I co-created the Alexander Technique Center in Buenos Aires and the annual residential event “Outside of the Known”, and since 2010 I have promoted the non profit organization and cultural center: Oihoy Casa Abierta, from where I continue to collectively build a platform of collaborative actions, and imagining and experiencing how to work in a horizontal and self-managed way that fosters group and individual development.
I am motivated by agile and self-managing organizational systems: TEAL organizations, Sociocracy, Holacracy. I seek to integrate self-management with the Alexander Technique and Nonviolent Communication in a way that I still do not understand, but that I can already begin to perceive. I am driven by an immense longing to participate and collaborate with a fairer society in harmony with the environment.
