Hey there!
We’ve had a great start of the fundraising campaign with 13% of our overall fundraising goal already achieved! I want to thank Deborah Chang who has done a lot of work to make it happen. If you want to donate and haven’t already, please see the beautiful giving page. If you are nervous about the idea of fundraising and would like some ideas of what you could do, then contact Deborah (deborah.chang@sociocracyforall.org)!
If you are a teacher or know a teacher, please pass on the information about the sociocracy in schools conference on January 15 (below).
New roles and updates:
- SoFA is intending to set up a related nonprofit legal entity in Europe to be able to hire people and apply for grants in the EU. That’s also moving forward now with Kelvin as Role International Entity Researcher.
- Outreach Circle has hired new people, Alma Garcia Gil (campaign support), and John Clark is helping in Forum Circle as Forum Curator. Lots of new people in roles that expand the capacity of SoFA, hurray!
And… Hope’s book on sociocracy with children is ready! The ebook can be ordered now, the print book will take another week to ship. Hurray, Hope, and congratulations!!
