Description
If you are a member of a sociocratic intentional community, youโre very lucky! But youโve also probably noticed that, even after much sociocracy training, there always remain some questions. How do you train your new members? How do you circulate information between your circles? Thatโs what our monthly community of practice (COP) is for: we meet monthly on Zoom to tap into our groupsโ collective intelligence and experience in order to support each other with our sociocracy challenges. We also build a strong sense of belonging, as community builders experiencing similar journeys.
In this conference session, whether youโre part of a sociocratic community or not , youโll be able to see and participate in a snapshot of this COP, with some of our regular participants involved. There will also be time for Q&A about the COP and about SOFA membership, which is required to join the COP regularly.
