Group Document & Meetings Template
We have two agenda templates for you. One is very thorough and robust, and the other is a little bit more playful and light. The difference is largely a matter of preference.
We provide the templates as a google doc – you should be able to download it in other formats.
Both contain a “cover page” with circle information. The individual meeting agendas/notes are put underneath so all circle minutes of the same circle remain in the same google doc.
The agenda turns into the notes once we type into them.
Role description template
The role description template is useful to define roles.
In sociocracy, there is no standardized role definition template – it depends on the context. This is built for SoFA’s own context – for example, it has a section for pay. A volunteer organiziation can of course skip that section. Adjust the template to your own needs!
Performance review
The performance review is one of the key processes for the sustainable development of an organization. This template makes it easy!
